For Belgian and German students who want to take up a study at a Dutch university, a brand new website has recently been installed.

At www.grensinfopunt.nl students from both neighbouring countries can find all kinds of useful information, for instance on what arrangements to be made for a longer stay in Holland. Based on their situation visitors of the site receive personal advice on practical matters as well as on the consequences of their coming to Holland in the domains of taxes, insurances and social security.

The new website is an initiative of the Dutch government and is available in Dutch as well as in German. The site also caters for Dutch students wanting to study in Belgium or Germany.
