De Roze Werkgroep van de Universiteit Utrecht organiseert op donderdag 29 maart een filmavond voor studenten en medewerkers. De film ‘Pride’ van Matthew Warchus vertelt het verhaal Engelse homo-activisten die proberen de langdurige mijnwerkersstaking in de zomer van 1984 te ondersteunen.
Laura Kok en Shona McCombes zulllen een korte introductie/nawoord verzorgen.
Na afloop van de film verzorgt de Roze Werkgroep een borrel.
De Roze Werkgroep heeft als doel om de LGBT+ gemeenschap zichtbaarder en sterker te maken binnen de UU d.m.v. diverse activiteiten.

The Pink Workgroup of Utrecht University is organizing a film evening for students and staff on Thursday 29 March. The film 'Pride' by Matthew Warchus tells the story of U.K. gay activists work to help miners during their lengthy strike of the National Union of Mineworkers in the Summer of 1984.
Laura Kok and Shona McCombes will give a brief introduction / afterword.
After the film, the Roze Werkgroep will provide drinks.
The Pink Working Group aims to make the LGBT + community more visible and stronger within the UU through various activities.
