Giveaway: win tickets for the concert of pianist Matteo Myderwyk at Tivoli

Matteo Myderwyk is a trained classic pianist, but after the conservatory he decided to throw all rules and laws aside in his music. His goal: making musing in the moment. That's how he entered the world of free jazz, neoclassical music and electronic music. He's since then performed at Lowlands festival, Oerol and the Amsterdam Dance Event. In June and July, he's TivoliVredenburg's artist in residence, meaning he's going to play four different concerts in four different halls.

In the last concert of the series, which is taking place on Friday, July 2, at Ronda, Matteo Myderwyk will play the keyboard and he'll be joined by Remco Menting on the drums. Together, they will explore electronic music and give Myderwyk's compositions a new dimension. Menting is the drummer of jazz trio Kapok, who won the European Jazz Award.
